01 General Overview & Applicability

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gk11's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Each bonus may carry its own conditions, but the general rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds typically require a 10–30x wagering requirement before withdrawal (terms vary by offer).
• Withdrawing your own funds while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses earned from one promotion cannot be combined with another, unless explicitly stated.
• Winnings from free bets may be withdrawn up to a specified maximum limit.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on gk11:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Gk11 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• The cashout option is available on selected events and odds are subject to change.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by event and market.
• In live betting, odds change in real time and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.

Members found to be involved in suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing activities may face legal action.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk11 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Misuse of promotional offers or attempting to manipulate the system.
